Magicians and Dots

 

The past few weeks have seen the library being transformed by magic as our young magicians work their way through the weekly stages of Hocus Pocus reading scheme.

You can see evidence on the pupil cards (above right) that Hocus Pocus Academy staff sometimes get their spells wrong. This one resulted in our poor pupils getting spots all over their faces as they Sim-Balla-Bim-ed dots off a dice - oh dear!

Pupils have also arrived at the library in magicians clothes and shown us magic tricks that made us gasp. in prizes.
