£400 for Children in Need

The library raised £400.41 for Children In Need this year

Over the Autumn a lot of kind and generous people donated spare wool and knitted or crocheted lots of cute items for us to sell. During November we sold all the adorable items to our young members and their parents - pocket-money prices from 50p to £3 - with a lot of people giving more than was asked.

Although they didn't want the attention we'd like to thank everyone who donated wool and everyone who gave their time and creativity to make such irresistible items -
