Valentine's Day Project - Selly Oak

We have just received a lovely letter from Major Ian Cheesman, Officer Commanding Patient Support Services at Selly Oak Hospital, thanking all the children and parents who decorated cards for the military patients.

Here is what Major Cheesman said -

Firstly, may I on behalf of the soldiers, sailors, airmen and women who have had the misfortune (due to wounding) to pass through this organisation, now and in the future, offer my sincerest thanks to you for the generous donation of the hand made cards

It is quite simply a great gesture and will make a difference to those military personnel that have been wounded in action and their families. These will be distributed to the military patients as they come in or require them.

Once again, a huge thank-you for this donation, it is a huge boost tot eh service personnel to know there is such wonderful public support
