Reading Scheme 2010 - The End

What a great morning of presenting certificates and prizes we had! I'm sorry that some of the certificate winners we busy with first day back at football, dancing and drama and so had to miss the ceremony - we'll try to avoid more of the club events next year

Thank you CI Kevin Willson for presenting all the certificates and prizes, and an additional thank you for providing special certificates for hardworking Police Constables Lucy and Josh Brown and Christopher Long

More thanks to everyone who took part and worked so hard all over the summer. We hope you all had a great time and will be back for more fun next year

We've had a really busy start to the holidays with lots of children and parents taking part in your Reading Scheme, there will be more fun and games this month too

In a few days we will have the Red Heart Parcel site up and running so that anyone who would like to donate to that project will be able to find out all information in one place

Register for Summer Challenge!

Children can register for our Summer Reading Scheme today. All you have to do is come into the library and collect a Registration form and shape (which you have to colour in and cut out), take these home and when you return them you have to have your photograph taken.

Registration ends Saturday 5th June...and then the fun begins!
